What we store
We keep only the data needed to deliver uploads, downloads, sharing, billing, and account protection.
- Account profile details such as name, email, login status, plan, and verification state.
- Uploaded files, file metadata, request-page settings, and share-link controls such as expiry, passwords, and download caps.
- Operational logs such as upload sessions, download counts, recent activity, and security events used to investigate failures and abuse.
How the data is used
The product uses stored data only to deliver the service, enforce limits, and respond to support or abuse issues.
- To complete uploads, prepare downloads, and restore recent activity in the dashboard.
- To protect accounts, enforce quotas, and detect suspicious or abusive behavior.
- To troubleshoot failed uploads, broken share links, and account-access problems when you contact support.
Your control
You can delete files, revoke share links, disable request pages, and close your account through support if you no longer want to use the service.
